Fantastic experience. We’ve been searching for a new vet since a disappointing series of events and we’ve found our place. Everyone we interacted with was lovely and helpful. My cat got sick in the car on the way and we were given everything we needed to get him cleaned up upon check in. The vet tech was super sweet with my boy, as was the doctor, and the follow up with his test results was thorough and informative. On top of all that, prices for care were reasonable. I’d recommend Heart + Paw to friends and family for sure.

Maybe you had Beau booked for 11:00AM grooming but my calender shows our appointment for 11:30AM. We arrived at around 11:15AM. You told me that I would have to pay a $30.00 late fee, which I refused. The last issue I had with Heart & Paw, you completely lost record of our appointment which required me to rearrange my schedule. Since you allow no room for fallability on either your part or ours, we're going to find another groomer.
