Always pleasant - just a bit timely
Fantastic job by Edizah who groomed my 6 month old puppy, which I'm sure wasn't easy! Beautiful clean facility. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Amazing experience! The staff were so friendly and caring and made us feel comfortable. They took the time to share a lot of information as a new cat owner and also gave a little goody bag of stuff for my newly adopted cat ☺️
Found Dr H through the USDA accredited list, and worth the 40 minute drive-- moving abroad, and the new process to get animals into UK is multi step-- Dr H was amazing, patient, and kind. Price wise, came in where I expected for the area and given that it was 2 heath certs to move abroad. Prompt communication via email and text from office staff too. Thank you from Lizzy and I!
