Absolutely wonderful, staff are all so nice and genuinely care. They schedule easily and have a great reward system.
Being a working busy mom it can get challenging making time for MD appointments. Dr. Li and her team were able to get my daughter in and complete everything in one visit (which is amazing). Staff was professional, very pleasant, made us feel comfortable, and safe while respecting my daughter’s wishes/autonomy in her care. Since the first day there, we’ve been greeted with smiles and ease. Dr. Li and the staff are so accommodating, knowledgeable and fun to be around! My daughter’s smile is amazing and we feel incredibly lucky to have the experience we’ve had!
Best orthodontist ever! Everyone is so nice and patient with the kids. The kids actually enjoy their appointments. All three of my kids have had amazing results! A+ experience!
