This place has lived far beyond my expectations. We recently moved here from out of state, so having to find a personable PCP is always a little nerve wrecking. Abrazo scheduling is so easy, PSR's are welcoming & thorough, the nurses or MAs are helpful & welcoming and Carmela Fernandez, NP, has been nothing short of AMAZING!! I know I asked her at least 100 questions at my 1st appointment because I am just getting established, but she was patient with me, educational, welcoming and has excellent bedside manner! This place was terribly understaffed. Our experience was a nightmare, and it genuinely disgusts me how my father was treated. The level of care and compassion he received was completely unacceptable and, at times, felt inhumane. I would strongly caution anyone with a loved one who has a neurological or degenerative disease such as Parkinson's, ALS, or PSP before choosing this facility. Patients with these conditions require attentive, specialized care, and unfortunately that was not our experience.
Awesome staff! I brought my daughter in on 6/10/2026, and they took her in right away. From the RN to the PA and the doctor, everyone was kind, professional, and caring. Thank you for taking such great care of my daughter’s cut. We truly appreciate the excellent care and attention she received
