I can't say enough good things aboout Erika and the team at Heart of Vermont. The staff member that answered the phone was gentle and thoughtful with their responses. Ensuring that we had all of the information we needed and that we did not feel rushed or pressured in giving over information or dealing with scheduling. Dr. Erika is a gift to Vermont and pets a like. She showed a level of empathy, attention, and awareness to our dog that made the most difficult decision of our lives a peaceful one. Incredibly grateful for her services and her humanity.
