Dr. Ochs is very thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner that puts her patients at ease. Highly recommend.
We have found Dr. Ariel’s Kleiman to be not only a very competent surgeon but also a very caring person who really went the extra mile in providing a very timely, much needed additional medical procedure.
Dr. Ochs and Dr. Sample were phenomenal. I had a groin hernia, which is never the most comfortable thing to ask someone to check out, but they both made me feel very relaxed with their professionalism and their calm, easy-going, fun nature. Dr. Sample performed the surgery and made me feel very comfortable in the OR (Let’s just say, find yourself a surgeon who won’t approve you attending a concert the day after surgery unless he likes the band!) and on day 2, there is relatively little pain (as surgery goes). terrible experience at this office with staff, there was no empathy or professionalism—just attitude. If you’re looking for a doctor’s office that treats you with kindness and respect, I’d suggest going somewhere else.
