We had the lovely Lauren as a guest speaker for a breast cancer program called Encore that I am a facilitator at. Lauren generously gave us her time and knowledge to give our ladies information they can use in their healing process. We all loved some of the techniques and tips provided by Lauren example breath work tips for self calming. Thanks Lauren for your knowledge you certainly gained our attention 🩷
Lauren delivered a wonderful yoga therapy session for our ENCORE participants - a program supporting women recovering from breast cancer. I can’t recommend Lauren and her moon circles at Heart of Hunter enough. She has such a beautiful, genuine soul and creates a space that feels instantly warm, safe, and full of love.
