Dr. O and the entire HotH staff are so wonderful and caring. Our Rudy is a real ‘challenge’ when it comes to providing care and and we are really appreciative of the extra steps taken to ensure that everything goes smoothly and with a minimum amount of stress on both Rudy and us.
