people there are great! they offered us wine tasting and pistachio tasting even talked to us about how pistachios grow.. we were very pleased with our visit.
We normally stop at the at McGinn's when we go through Alamogordo, but this time we wanted to check out the heart of the desert. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We did some wine tasting and the server was very knowledgeable about all the wines. We stayed and had a drink on the patio which was very relaxing and peaceful. The tour was free and we had a chance to go behind the scenes and see how they process the pistachios. I would highly recommend to stop and relax. Best pistachios I have ever tasted.
