Ernie is an outstanding technician and a great guy - he expertly converted my new range to propane in an afternoon. And the office staff is terrific. That being said, I was unpleasantly surprised by the bill I received: $281! This is what I have to pay Heart of Texas so I can buy Heart of Texas’ gas for my range.
