Dr. Raj Thaker and his surgical assistant, Lucretia, as well as the entire staff at the Bastrop office, are the consummate professionals. They took great care of me last year when I had 3 molars removed. No fear, no pain, no long wait. Dr. Thaker is a surgical virtuoso, and he called me that evening to check on me! I would recommend my friends and family to him!
We had the BEST experience at Heart of Texas Oral Surgery/Bastrop Oral Surgery. We had seen Dr. Alford for a previous issue a couple of years ago, and he was honest with me and super knowledgeable. Dr. Raj Thaker And his team are absolutely amazing !! I had to have emergency work done and called 4 dentist in the area and not one person got back to me . I called Heart of Texas and the told me to come in right away and got me all fixed up. The Doctor gives you detailed information and you don’t feel pressured into anything . They are very nice and accommodating. They even apologized for having me wait when they were the ones that squeezed me in
Absolutely the best dental experience I've had! Dr. Alford and his staff are top notch. Dr. Alford explained my procedure thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, caring and respectful. The procedure was painless and completed with very little wait time. I definitely recommend this office for the highest quality of care.
Dr. Thaker & Lecretia are the dream team! My partner needed some dental work, and had horrible anxiety leading up to the procedure. They put his anxieties at ease and handled him so well (on top of the phenomenal care they provided). I can’t thank them enough for their patience and professionalism during this process.
