Booked the ranch house in Wimberly, TX. Worst experience. Annie is super unprofessional and rude. The property is a beautiful place however extremely dirty, water smells of sulfur, missing amenities and host is completely unresponsive. I would avoid renting from this company. After attempting to contact host everyday during a trip for help and instructions, she proceeded to leave negative review for me on airbnb.
I just got home from a trip at the Cedar Creek Lodge listing in Wimberley. Annie, as a renter is completely unprofessional and has no communication skills. During our entire stay at her house, we found raccoons living in her house, no wifi (as listed), and toilets/showers that didn't work. I rented the Woodrow’s Vineyard property with Hat Creek Cabin for a girls’ college reunion weekend. The property is beautiful, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we especially enjoyed gathering around the large tables both inside and out to visit over coffee and wine. The owners were very gracious and helpful throughout the process. We will be back!
After deciding on an impromptu trip, we submitted a late request for a multiple night stay here. Since we were new to vrbo we didn't know to look out for 24 hr review of request. Meaning, the owner has 24 hrs to accept or reject your request. Well we would have cancelled but vrbo states we would lose all of our money. So we waited. Somewhere around the 22nd hour we received a stock email rejecting our request to stay at the property. It was available and we never received any explanation.
