CHEMDRY went overboard in cleaning my carpets. They moved furniture and even cleaned under the bed - which needed it more than I could imagine. Very courteous. I also received a call when they were on their way.

We paid $258 for a couch cleaning. After the couch fully dried, there were clearly missed areas and uneven coloration on the arms and panels. I documented the condition immediately with photos and reached out requesting a partial refund to reflect the incomplete service, since I had to go back over the couch myself. Rather than addressing the result, the technician became defensive, blamed me for correcting the missed areas, and ultimately refused both a partial refund and a return visit. HOT Chem-Dry cleaned a dirty old rug that had been rolled up in storage for 35 yrs and peed on by a Covid puppy. It looks amazing. The colors pop and it's super soft. There's no leftover dusty soap smell from the usual soap and water cleaning routine. This is different. Cool old machine sort of breathes in and out all the dirt and grime, but it doesn't soak the rug. It was completely dry in 3 hrs. Dan is a nice guy, and he's been doing this a long time.
