I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the final product of polishing two bathrooms countertops, a kitchen countertop and a kitchen island. During my initial talk to get an estimate, I asked specifically two questions; 1. Can the stains of the bathroom countertops and kitchen island be removed? 2. Would the granite will shine. We had a very disappointing experience with this company and the owner, Dan. Dan came to our home to clean our couch and initially told us it would “brighten up nicely,” making it seem like a straightforward job. No additional questions were asked about any previous cleaning or care of our couch. While he was still at our home, my husband noticed that Dan had dripped cleaning solution onto our hardwood floors, leaving visible staining.
