If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this hospital to get a check up for my two cats and they kept pushing vaccines a bit too much. My cats are indoor and very healthy had them for over 5 years. Everything was a RIP OFF!!! Over $450??? Other places charge less and are more affordable. They tricked me into thinking I was supposed to get them bathed as a new client but then said they don't do bathing on a weekend. they should've told me that days before when booking the appointment. I'm very sad and disappointed about my experience because up until now, I have had nothing but good service from this office. My cat won't eat and they simply will not do anything except propose wildly expensive tests and can't seem to help me. I will have to take her elsewhere from now on. This is heartbreaking because she is very sick and they just do not seem to care.
Ive been taking my dog to Heart of Suwanee for 10+ years. She's 16 with Congestive Heart Failure. I feel like they dismissed me when I brought up her persistent coughing so she went without a diagnosis for a couple of months. When she started wheezing and coughing I took her back in for another assessment and they diagnosed her with Heart failure. They took her to the back room and tried to take an x-ray of her chest. Apparently, she fainted and was turning blue from lack of oxygen so they had to put her in their oxygen cage... read more
