I absolutely HATE this new company. When I started, it was still under the St.Ann’s name….since it’s changed, nobody seems to know what they’re doing. Patient care hotline is ghetto, they schedule you for appointments that overlap other appointments, they gave you waiting for hours to be seen like you don’t have any insurance and I have private insurance. I’ve tried changing my care but was advised unable to due to the timing of my pregnancy. Once this is over, I’ll never return!!!!! It gives me free clinic vibes, even the w... read more
