Doctor was very good but the office staff are bad. Gave them a form that my health insurer required and they failed to send it to my health insurer. Turned up to hospital and I had to pay $17,000 because Heart of Melbourne had failed to send the form to my health insurer. Office staff need to learn to do their job.
