John & Cindy provide a friendly and professional service in a cozy office located on a hospital campus. Timely appointments/rechecks and info of the latest hearing technologies/products are readily offered. John understands my rare anatomical problem (patulous Eustachian tubes) and has tried various hearing aid settings to minimize the associated distortion.
