As others have mentioned, the person that runs this place is extremely rude. The way she answers the phone and calls people back. Never identifying herself. With the worst attitude. She needs to realize that she works with the general public. A general public that are actual customers of her business. Customers keep the business running. They pay for the bills. If you’re looking for a clean and friendly place to bring your staff for pop-up random drug and alcohol testing, this is the place. I’ve been to several facilities that were dirty and unprofessional, but this location was welcoming, clean, and efficient. By the way Adrian is the best. Nice fellow you have on your team.

I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times because their wifi was out or their power was out. I did not get an email, call, or any other notification any time. All of my appointments were conveniently at the end of the day. The last appointment I could see a light on under the door. I think they were closing early and using power or wifi issues as an excuse. I had a fantastic experience getting my pre-employment fingerprinting and drug screening done here. Adrian was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. I’ve never been to a facility where the staff was this courteous while still getting the job done so promptly and accurately. I will definitely be returning for any future services!
