Absolute worst experience. My confirmation email contained no phone number and no building or check-in instructions. Upon arrival, there was no signage or staff presence indicating where or how to check in. I independently navigated the building and located Suite 2151 without any guidance. I arrived at the suite at approximately 4:28 PM and knocked for over 15 minutes with no response. Even though the company closes at 4:30 they managed to wait on me for a last minute drug test for probation. Thank you for saving me from going to jail.
