I left a ring with marquis emeralds and diamonds to be sized for my granddaughter's graduation, turned out size was ok. I went to shop, told Randy it didn't need sizing, he took too much time bringing it out, I got nervous, asked him what he was doing, just bring it out. Please do not ever bring any thing you value to this place! I brought my wedding ring here in April to have it fixed, the diamond had fallen out and just needed to be put back in. I waited a week never received a phone call so I stopped by to find the owner all beat up.... wonder why??? he said he had a bad week but that he would have it done next week.
