This vet practices charging you for services/tests before they even do them. Was told on a follow up call to bring my cat back for a urinalysis "because you already paid for it and we did not do it" and had to go back and get a refund on a separate occasion for a fecal sample they would never get because they said it could not be runny and the other vet told me that was bs. I will never bring my pets here again. My cat was very sick and needlessly suffered for a month. At the beginning of December she was diagnosed with a URI and conjunctivitis. It wouldn't get better so more tests were done. She was diagnosed with FIV and the vet told me she was now considered immunocompromised. Every conversation from here on out involved the phrase "quality of life".
