I took my husband to the ER on Christmas morning with severe pains. Upon arrival we notified the staff that we did not have insurance and that I needed to speak to someone about financial aid. To make a long story short, they found out he had a kidney stone and instead of sending him home with meds, they kept him overnight saying they would talk to the surgeon in the morning. Husband had bladder problems and urologist Dr. Jhaveri operated. Nurse Kathleen was so excited when surgery was successful she called doctor and he was ecstatic,too. She watched 31 GALLONS of fluid pass thru bladder for success in 24 hours. What a nurse! Even gave cell number to us on discharge.
They seem to care and they are knowledgeable. I felt cared for, but not pampered.
Good set of Doctors. Fair time for tests.
