From the moment I entered the office I felt comfortable and cozy. I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The receptionist Cynthia Ruiz was professional & kind, took time to do my pre registration. The MA Nancy Ruiz was patient and listen to my medical history. Dr Navin Changoor was professional asked questions and explain procedure to me. Overall when it comes to uncomfortable procedures it’s the compassion of the medical staff that gives you peace of mind that everything will go well. Thank you.
What a great group of doctors, I met with both Dr Aldaba for my diabetes and Dr Prochnow for my shoulder (about 2 weeks apart) and nothing but sympathy can from them. They took their time with me and went over my medications. Actually they took me off from a few which I am very happy about.

I have been using this group for a couple of years. I've used their primary care and a couple of their specialists. Every doctor has been thorough, knowledgeable and kind. It really feels like they care about me and getting me healthy.
Unfortunately, there is no option for a no star rating. Called to make a new patient appointment and was greeted unprofessionally by a women named Sandra. Instead of introducing her self and the establishment she answered with "where should I transfer you" I replied new patient. She asked what doctor I answered that I didnt have one and to assign one if need be.
