Soon as I walked in I was asked for my payment I felt very uncomfortable. I stated wow guess my name doesn't matter. The lady then asked my name I said no I'm going to give you the payment first. Like what in the world. How you don't know I paid online. Very rude.
My first OB appointment at this practice was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I have ever had. The only reason this review is not entirely negative is because of an exceptional medical assistant (Iris) who went out of her way to salvage what was otherwise a terrible visit. Dr. Alkass entered the room not extending even the most basic professional courtesy. I had to initiate the introduction myself, with a handshake. Ultrasound technician is the rudest and the overall experience was awful, everyone else has been great, this is our second time with this tech and it was worse than the first time
I hope future patients, especially first-time moms, are met with more compassion and care from the ultrasound tech!!!
I’ve been a going here for almost 20 years. Dr. Alkass and his team are amazing . Never had any issues with staff or doctors.
