I needed to find a new vet for my senior pup who was having an issue with his eye and am so happy that I was referred to Heart of Chelsea. They were able to get us in for an appointment very quickly with Dr. Chivers. Dr. Chivers was kind and incredibly helpful. She did a comprehensive exam and really took the time to make sure my little guy was well. You have to know that I asked for vaccine exams and travel certificate for my cat They wanted 920$ Good they I did my research and asked around There are other clinics in the city Where exams is 25$, vaccine is 25$ and travel document 300 Total 350$ 920$ is insane and they’re trying ti scam people whi just want to travel with their animal and they think people will lag that. Nope, thanks good google does exist Avoid this clinic !
We have had the best experience at Heart of Chelsea! The most positive vet experience we have had in our six years of pet ownership. The team is so knowledgeable, responsive, and they clearly care about your pet. The only vet I've ever had that calls just to check in on your pet, and asks questions/checks in on how your pet is doing beyond just the question you came to the vet with.
The best animal hospital. They saved 2 of my cats lives. I can not say enough about their entire staff.
