I honestly don't know where to begin because Dr. Bassman was absolutely fantastic. From the moment she saw my cat, Meli, I felt that he was in caring and compassionate hands. Dr. Bassman was incredibly empathetic, kind, and attentive. I felt that she truly cared about Meli and took the time to listen to my concerns. We absolutely love Heart of Chelsea and Dr. Andrea Tu! ❤️ My French Bulldog, Luna, has been coming here since she was a puppy, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. It’s clear how much the entire team genuinely cares about every dog in their care. Luna can be particular, and if she’s uncomfortable, she’s certainly not afraid to let you know! When I took my little shish tzu to Bond Vets the experience was great!, I was very pleased with the care and way they treated my. Little boy. The staff were all very kind and I couldn't ask for better service .
Dr. Fontana and his wonderful staff put my heart at ease when I brought my baby girl Jules in from a severe ear infection. The patience and professionalism shown by their team of experts makes for an easy choice for anyone who are still undecided about their veterinary needs.
My dog Lahki is a rescue and very anxious around people and new environments. We had cycled through trainers and tried a number of remedies recommended by our regular vet (who we also love!), but nothing seemed to help our poor pup. Our regular vet recommended we start working with a behavior vet, and we found Dr. Tu online.
