Can't beat the staff hospitality and gentle hands offered at this Vet. I was able to schedule with short notice and be seen same day. I was welcomed at the door with coffee and water. I left with a smile, and reassurance that Maisel was going to be ok <3 TY staff!
I brought my dog mister here after he started licking his paw incessantly and stopped wanting to walk on it. I was able to make a next day appointment here. The staff here was so kind and patient with mister as he can be skittish and spicy. They took excellent care of him and were quick and efficient in delivering all his care. The facility was also very clean and inviting. Love the no fear approach that they utilized here.
We had to visit Heart of Chelsea as urgent care because our regular vet was out of town. I cannot express enough how cared for we felt and Dr. Love gave us great options and ideas about treating a chronic issue, and we were able to get in to see her for follow up easily. I had such a phenomenal experience at my new veterinarian. Dr. Love and her assistant, Jagger, were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. They treated both me and my dog with genuine care and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. The pricing was very fair and affordable, which was greatly appreciated.
