We feel lucky to have found Dr Hackney and his team. We first discovered Heart of Chelsea when looking for a local vet to do dental procedures on our 9 year old cats. The thought, care, and transparency we have experienced at this practice has been unprecedented. My wife and I took our wonder-mutt Francine to see Dr. Hackney for the last few years of her life as she managed Cushing's syndrome and a number of other chronic and compounding conditions. Originally at the Park Slope location, we followed Dr. Hackney to his new post in Greenpoint because of how well he cared for Fran. My foster pup, Ellie, and I had a 5-star experience from start to finish at Heart of Chelsea - Greenpoint! Lilliana was SO helpful with creating an account and scheduling our appointment. I received a text confirmation with a link to complete forms ahead of time, and I was easily able to upload all of Ellie’s previous medical history.
