Was super happy coming here, Dr. Kashif Karam is a great doctor and he has great humor to making my experience here super comfortable and easy. As well as the front desk ladies they are some of the most sweetest people ever felt right at home coming in, they made everything super smooth and easy and even showed me how much I can get back with Medicare. I loved how they even recommended a wonderful cafe near by to help me fill time when waiting for my next appointment.🩷🩷
Rude stuff. I am still under a bad impression. My mother was to have a consultation with Dr Khan. We were booked, but waited for 2 hours in a queue. When it was finally our turn, they decided to take people who just arrived, telling us that because we are there for the first time, we can wait longer to see the doctor. This was a very bad sign to us and we decided to leave this practice, as it is not promising anything good.. Why they take more patients than they can physically accept?
When you have to visit a cardiologist it’s always on unfortunate circumstances. Dr Khan has been incredibly tentative and understanding. He’s a personable, incredibly busy man, but always happily spends the time to answer any and all questions you may have. He is thorough and explains things incredibly well and makes things easy to understand. The clinic is small but tidy and cosy too.
Dr Khan was great and put me at ease straight away., He is supported by very caring staff. A nice experience.
