Dr Kalam is wonderful but your phone system couldn't be more frustrating if it tried. The phone is never answered and the Press 1 to leave a message option doesn't work. Hoping for better 'luck' next week.
Very disappointed with this practice. I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment yesterday at 2:15 pm to discuss my test results, however I never received a call from the specialist. I made numerous attempts to contact the clinic yesterday, but each time I was left waiting over an hour for reception to answer the phone. When I finally spoke to someone yesterday and today, I was told that the specialist was too busy to call me for my results and would contact me "at some point during the week" or on “Saturday” instead when ... read more
Doctors in the clinic are top notch. But good luck getting answer on your call with this clinic. I tried calling them for more than an hour and no answer.. Been advised that operators are on a call but that long? This has happened more than 3 times already within a month.Very poor hence the 1 star.
I was fortunate to have been referred to Dr Khan who ultimately saved my life. He is the most decent individual I have met and his caring and knowledgeable intervention in my case went a long way towards my recovery. I could not recommend anyone more highly.
Great experience at this clinic. Soraya was a fun and welcoming receptionist.
