I had a great experience at Heart of Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital. The entire visit was quick, easy, and stress-free. The staff was so kind, welcoming, they took wonderful care of my cloudy. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable as a first time pet owner. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Thanks to the team at Heart of Brooklyn for providing such excellent care I highly recommend them
Honestly, I don't want to complain too much cause it's clear the staff is so underpaid they dgaf. But I sincerely wouldn't come here if it weren't so close to me. They consistently drop the ball on reviewing records and giving informative information. There seems to be a rotating crew of Drs cause they can't keep staff and the management must be not so great cause they're bad at scheduling both their staff and their appointments. Rihanna is a delight. Her nursing skills are top notch. She made my dog extremely comfortable. Excellent veterinarians too.
