My babies are so well taken care of by the staff. They really care about making sure it’s a low stress environment for both my cats. Very helpful when setting appointments and answering questions.
Inconsistent service, WAY over priced. I was told my dog would need all these services for allergy medicine. Total 850 dollars. Rude front desk girl. I’d recommend any other vet. This one will bleed you dry while giving you the worse service. They don’t clean in between animals either.
The receptionist here (Amber) is an absolute gem. She was incredibly helpful and kind. The tech that saw my cat was very unprofessional. He was patronizing, abrasive, and didn't seem experienced with cats at all. He needs to work on his emotional intelligence and skillset with cats.
Great vet, brought my kittens and they were cared for gently and kindly, they gave us all the Info we needed to care for them. They were especially patient with me as the owner seeing as I have autism and need things explained multiple times. Very kind and patient staff, recommend 100%
If you’re using the new customer promo, it’s only applicable if you’ve never been here before. There’s no wiggle room even if it’s a new animal and you haven’t been there for years. Also an annual visit is one hundo ten. You can get their nexguard from petco
