I recommend this vet, Dr Bruce and his staff are professional and personable. I have also used them to board my puppy on occasion and I am confident that he is well taken care of and gets a little love while he is there! :) I recently lost one of my cats, she had been pretty sick on and off for about a year and the compassion of the people in the office was very appreciated. Glad I found this place in Orlando!
This place is a RIPOFF and joke!! I adopted a beautiful kitty from here and they said all shots are included but when I went back for his last shots the Vet tried to charge me for my cats last shots! I had already paid the $75 adoption fee which is all they said it would be. The worst part is the Vet/Owner started screaming at the young reception in front of everyone and he told her to get out and leave for the day. I strongly recommend to don¿t use this vet office. I am very disappointed with the care that my geico received at this vet location. My geico was sick and I went to Animal Veterinary Hospital of Orlando. After more than one month of medicine and about 4 visits my geico got even worse, when I called the vet office to disuse geico¿s recovery: their response was that they don¿t guaranty anything and the best option is to try a different medicine that they even know if it may work. Highly recommended!!! They work with different species, including exotics. Our Bearded Dragons are healthy and beautiful thanks to Dr Bruce and his staff. They are very knowledgeable,and they will guide you in the proper care for your pet. Best vet ever. I have an American Bulldog and some people are intimidated by him but he is very sweet. One different vet at another office muzzled my dog. This didn't make me happy. Dr Bruce was not afraid at all. My dog loves Dr Bruce so much. It is great to have a true animal lover provide care to my sweet boy. Dr Bruce is the best and so is his staff!

I have been bringing my pets (reptiles, dogs, cats) to see Dr. Bruce for nearly 20 years. He is a caring and highly knowledgeable veterinarian. I drive past at least ten other animal clinics on my way from Kissimmee because he has found and cured problems that baffled other veterinarians. He always seems to know about the latest treatments for my pets' problems. The few times I have tried other vets because I didn't want to drive so far, I have been disappointed. Dr. Bruce and his staff are great. They treat my pets with so much care, they actually enjoy going to the doctor. The staff is friendly and polite, and they always mush over my pets. The prices are very affordable compaired to other vets I have used. When my pets were sick, they always explained the testing before it was done and made sure I understood what the problem was and how the medicine would affect my pet. Very pet friendly!
I love Dr. Bruce and hist staff! They are extremely helpful, and understanding. They also take care of my cat as if he was their pet, which makes me feel at ease whenever I come in to the office. The price for services are also the best I've found in the area. I highly recommend Dr. Bruce's office for your own pets!
