Heart adoptions has been the biggest nightmare I have ever imagined. I told them I was being coerced into signing the papers and they did not care. I wasn’t provided with any legal guidelines or counsel as to what exactly was happening to me. Since the adoption I have been treated like shit. I call and ask questions and they go months without getting back to me. This Adoption Agency was fantastic in conducting our Home Study. They were highly responsive and receptive to any questions that I had. They made the process so easy and the portal we used gave clear concise direction on how to provide all the required documentation. Everything was handled in a timely manner with professionalism and efficiency.
Working with this agency was awesome very professional, kind, understanding and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The coordinator on my case was very welcoming I would strongly recommend this agency to anyone that is thinking about adopting a child. Great experience
We had an amazing experience with our home study with Heart of Adoptions. Our Home Study coordinator made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us as we asked questions. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants go through the process thi organization.
These people were nice in the beginning but every year I cannot get the lifebook as part of our contract. They show no desire to help me, are non compliant and don't seem too interested in any post adoption questions or inquiries. Not a place with much concern for the birth mothers post payment from adoptive parents. It seems the picture contract we signed is not worth the paper it is printed on. Very disappointing!
