Ana was very hands on and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. She made sure I had all of the right paperwork and allowances from both buildings so the entire move would be seamless. Heart Moving lost a box containing important personal items and never made any effort to find it. Their response was cold and indifferent, and they refused to take responsibility. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable mover.
They gave me an estimate and then charged me almost double on moving day with a bunch of shady fees. Nobody explained the changes until I confronted them. The whole process felt like a scam. Stay far away.
Absolutely terrible experience. The movers showed up late, were extremely unprofessional, and damaged multiple pieces of my furniture. When I called the office to complain, they were dismissive and offered no help. I deeply regret choosing this company
The movers were lazy, slow, and completely careless with my belongings. They banged into walls, scratched my floors, and dumped boxes without care. I ended up doing half the work myself. Definitely not the ‘professional’ service they advertise.
