I will only give two stars. I like Kubota products! However service is as important as the product. This is my second tractor. Stopped in and scheduled routine service at my residence. No one showed up and no one called. Three weeks later I stopped in picked up supplies to service tractor myself. Told service counter person about situation. Got little response! After being a return customer and paying cash i would expect better. Your service coordinator sucks!

Worst repair shop ever they take way to long on repairs and replace way to many parts resulting in rediculous repair charges their mechanics are know it all idiots management as well
