Dr Leon Dawson is a great heart doctor who who takes care of his patients with care is staff needs a little work call there and they don't no who takes care of the billing and the billing person don't no what they are doing told back in Feb 2 .2024 that l had on balance due on my bill well April 25.204 l get a bill from office saying l owe them a balance bill which l was fold back in Feb 5.2024 that no balance was due on my bill not happy with the way they do the billing
Dr Dawson is knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is nice enough. The low rating is for the billing department. On more than one occasion they waited to bill my insurance MONTHS later. Now, demanding that I pay for the services out of pocket when they are the ones that messed up. I have had to call my insurance company to fix this issue more than once. I will be going with another cardiologist office that will treat their patients better.
