These guys are literally liars and fake . On phone call they clearly told me that we can return the part but when i went there after 1 week to return they stated fighting with me. I had phone call recording of the lady told me to return. But still they didn’t agree. Never ever think about to go there.
They don’t know how to deal with a customer. Ego and attitude are not work in business. Don’t be there guys .
A reasonable, helpful and honest auto parts dealer to work with as I have found. John takes the time to explain things. They are certified with OMVIC. In my case they were prompt and helpful with their response which goes a long way for support with auto recycling.
