Dr Garcha is my Dr he is AMAZING. 5++Stars. The behavior of the receptionist is unacceptable, actually their actions say a lot. They are clearly there to be employeed and collect their money. They have no customer service skills. They are like a light switch. It has been twice now that I have told the receptionist, why is it when I call you say hold the line and you hang up on me. Suite no 204 Worst service ever, they don’t care about other person’s precious time. I booked an appointment at 11:15am , and they didn’t even take the botheration that person has been waiting since more than an hour to see the doctor at a particular timing. When you ask the receptionist , they don’t have an answer, lack of communication, they say doctor didn’t inform us, they put all onto doctor, the front desk doesn’t have curtesy to inform the patient that doctor is behind than the given appointment time, either to rebook... read more
WORST experience at a doctor's office. The behavior of the receptionist is unacceptable, repulsive, disgusting, etc.. You don't get to lie to people and tell them they have an appointment with only one person ahead of them.. to find out there are a quite few people ahead of them when they arrive for their appointment AT THE APPT TIME. You DO NOT GET TO SWIPE A PERSON'S Health Card who has NOT seen the doctor. I suppose this is an issue for the Ministry of Health to deal with.
