Walked in regarding wanting to book a room and the women at the front desk was nothing but rude. When asking if they had any availability she cut us off yelled “just wait!” She did not try to look for a room and asked us to go on online and book ourselves. Really poor service overall and spoke to the other people poorly also. We decided not to stay for this reason unfortunately. This was the 21 Saturday at midday and was a middle aged women.

The location and views are the only reason this place gets any stars at all. Beyond that, the experience was terrible. The ocean view rooms are tiny, there is almost no soundproofing, and the cleanliness was shocking. Servicing was minimal and the staff at reception were cold and unhelpful.

Very nice hotel I had the room overlooking the street so not quite as noise as I thought it would be but very good location Central in the beach district and right behind the lagoon

I booked via hotels.com where rooms are described as soundproof (pics below). The water view rooms are not soundproofed. You can hear every conversation and car movement in the busy carpark below the rooms, as well as music from the local nightclubs. I have stayed here previously in a village view room - and they are soundproofed to a good degree as you couldn’t hear any noise from the live music venue across the road. The quality of the room was poor - scuff marks and stains on the walls and the balcony was not fully cleane... read more
