Pretty nice and cozy stay at Airlie Beach! The location is perfect as it is in the heart of the city. The receptionists, one of them is very friendly and nice, the other one though seems stern at first but both of them are attentive and willing to help us. Rooms are on the smaller side (because we chose that option), carpet seems slightly musty but the room is mostly clean and quite well maintained. The rooms are on the smaller side but also because we booked that option, from outside it seemed there were bigger rooms as well. Location is perfect as it is in town centre, with short walks to most locations. Staff may look stoic but they are very willing to help. Sounds from outside can be heard quite easily but within expectations of beach towns and as it is not a resort.

Brilliant hotel, this was prefect for our stay in Airle Beach. Great location and lovely rooms. We had a brilliant stay with no issues at all. Would recommend to anyone.

Walked in regarding wanting to book a room and the women at the front desk was nothing but rude. When asking if they had any availability she cut us off yelled “just wait!” She did not try to look for a room and asked us to go on online and book ourselves. Really poor service overall and spoke to the other people poorly also. We decided not to stay for this reason unfortunately. This was the 21 Saturday at midday and was a middle aged women.
