Very rude and worst customer service. Always they give appointments for a day and time but never ever done punctually. Its always been like 2- 3 of wait for no reason and the doctors are very reluctant and on their phones most of the time I have seen. Also the doctor takes patients came after me and always I was the last one to be called. I would strongly do not recommend this place. Emergency is even 1000 times better than this worst place. Ajax is the worst location.
Dr. Burstein and his team have been looking after me for 15 years! Always professional and friendly care!
I have been going to this office for past 3 yrs with other Cardiologist wasn't too happy,I finally changed to Dr Burstein, he well mannered n listen and suggest I have no quarrel about him all that am grateful n very blessed for his services,his office at times is quite busy he tries his best to answer all questions...I am blessed n grateful for all what he has done, his front desk n tech are awesome n very patient...I wouldn't change my Dr Burstein, my care is stupendous...
My review is based on more than one experience with the front receptionists at this medical facility. Please enhance your knowledge on showing empathy, respect and kindness to each and every client that enters the building. It has come to my attention that I am not the only one who has experienced unilateral cancellation of appts without sufficient notice. I had my cardio stress test, which included a treadmill and ECG, at this location in December. The service was excellent and punctual (though the doctor did arrive 30 minutes late). Megan and Priya, who conducted the tests, were both outstanding. Great job—keep up the good work!
