I’m very surprised to see some negative reviews. I’ve been a patient there for 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about HHI. I’ve never once had a negative experience with any of the staff. I was in bad shape on my first visit but with 3 ablations and 10 years later, so far no arrhythmia. I now take better care of myself with better sleep, regular exercise and a healthy diet, Thanks to Dr Burstein and Dr Makanjee and all the staff for your caring and dedication.
Very thorough in there investigation into various heart issues
Rude, cold, and disrespectful office manager. No wonder the reviews for this place are so low! They never call to book an appointment, and when you finally get a hold of them, they say that you missed the appointment you booked. So they just make things up. Sending a friendly email won't get you anywhere with these people. Rude, rude, rude! The student nurse trying to learn was nice. Do not go here!
