Always punctual, professional in uniform and care. Compassionate and go above and beyond to insure their patient is comfortable and always ask if there is anything else that they can do before they leave.
This was a very caring experience for us as we lost our parent. they covered shifts helped us as we tried to figure out how to best help us. Their were several amazing people here. One person practically was Mel and our father loved her even with his son downers he remembered her. Thank you for the wonderful service.
Heart for Seniors Home Healthcare (HFSHH) sent our family caregivers for five of the 7.5 years that we needed help with Dad, who suffered a series of strokes, followed by two craniotomies. As a result, he was brain damaged and was a quadriplegic. He could not move. The VA worked with us, as well. We always felt HFSHH selected our caregivers very carefully and prepared them well for what they would be facing at our house.
