I suffered with hearing aides from another provider for over 3 years and they basically said there was nothing more that they could do. I could not even hear my wife at the breakfast table, who sat adjacent to me! I couldn’t hear anyone, if I didn’t lean in and invade their personal space and then they would have to repeat it in a louder voice before I could understand. You will find if you go to hEARt Hearing Aids you won't be disappointed. The quality of the product they sell and their genuine customer care for their customers is not seen very much any more. Robert and his staff take their time to set you up with your hearing aids to understand how to use them. I am very pleased that HEART sells Oticon hearing aids as I have found this company with their current technology my hearing quality is closer to like it use to be.
