I attended there for 34 weeks which is a total of 68 hours and come to find out they had me in the wrong DUI track that the state was requiring of me and those 8 plus months counted for none of my requirements set by the state in order for me to complete my Probation!!!! I now have lost 8 months of my life, my money and my time!! They even billed my insurance this should be fraud!!
Refusing to contact insurance for a prior authorization is not going to get you clientele. You know that a patient cannot ask insurance for a prior authorization that the insurance doesn’t have a prescription or request for service towards. So how is me contacting insurance asking them to authorize your counselor for service helpful when the insurance was never asked by you to authorize you being a provider? If you don’t want to do your job say so. But you cannot blame a patient for not doing your job either.
I had to unfortunately take education and therapy classes due to a previous DUI and all I can say is this place changed my life for the best. My counselor Marissa was the best person I could ask for to be on my side through Therapy. She is one of the best around. I definitely recommend HEART. Thank you for everything!

Excellent experience. Called in, got instructions for class registration and how to complete the training. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to ensure I had everything I need and the online training was self-paced and perfectly suited to my needs. Certificate was provided immediately upon completion. Highly recommended!
