I just received a message response from my January 23rd message about scheduling an appointment… it took 20 days for me to receive a response. That is absolutely absurd. Not to mention that I had been calling since January 16th and every time I would receive a call back from Dr Culligan’s scheduler, it was from a different number asking me to call back at the main number. I have long delayed writing a review on The Heart Clinic and am finally to a point where I'm more frustrated than ever, after being a patient here for many years. I gave a high of 2 stars because the people/staff/physicians there are individually amazing. I gave a low of 2 stars because trying to communicate with their office is horrible. Rosemary with scheduling is rude as hell and will hang up on you in the middle of you talking (: Update: called again today because my referral was sent 2 weeks ago and again 8/19/24 and still no call to sch.an appointment,(I’ve called multiple times prior for them to say they haven’t received it and have called my provider many times to ensure it has been sent) I called at 4:25 and got sent to vm system and in their system it says their business hours are from 8:30-4:45 so why did I get sent to the system guess no one works... read more
In response to a message I sent via the patient portal, I was seen the next business day to have an EKG and heart monitor fitted. Gloria, the medical assistant, took me on time, explained what she would be doing and how the monitor worked. She answered all my questions. She was patient, kind and thorough.
Dr Colligan is the best cardiologist that explains everything in way for you to understand. The office help are kind and considerate and always take care of you before the Doctor comes in and if there anything theycan do for you. I would recommend the whole staff and Doctor.
