I am a current patient of Heart Central of Washington. My condition deteriorated so I called the clinic and left a message for them to call. Their message indicated that they would be back within 48 hours. It is now 72 hours and still no response. I called the clinic manager and left a message for that person to call back and once again no response. You may guess that I have changed cardiac providers.
Tried to get my 76 year old brother an appointment. My brother is almost deaf and can't hear his phone. I was told that he had missed 2 appointments so he would need to be seen by someone else. I tried to explain that he missed appointments because he was hard of hearing and likely didn't hear his phone or if he did answer he likely wouldn't remember.
