I participated in a group soundbath that was offered by Heart Centered Herbals during the Terrapin Earth day festival at Sedalia. A hip injury that has continuously hurt for several years now was healed. A muscle that was contracted finally relaxed, and I felt my hip come into alignment. Kristin is such a special human! I have used several of her herbal remedies and keep them in stock. Simmer Down and Moon Goddess are my personal absolute favorites. Elizabeth: I had been to sound baths Kristin led on the full moons and each time I'd had an amazing experience. Naturally I went home to share it with my husband, Ben, but it was so hard to describe in words, so when I remembered she offered couples sound bath sessions, I asked Ben if he'd give it a try.
