Support staff not much to write home about
Very poorly run. It doesn't even deserve the one star that I gave it. They overbook. They keep patients waiting for a long time and never let you know if and when a doctor is available. My last visit, my transportation was on its way and they insisted that I wait for the results of a simple test that I took. When I told them I didn't have time, it didn't make any difference to the staff and they were discourteous towards me. I notice that they treat other patients the same way! Needless to say, I don't recommend this place!
The wait is always long. Always overbooked. 6 people assigned the same appointment time. The South Orange office is 10xs better. I'm only here because my doctor there is on vacation.
