Staff is kind. The cardiologist Gopala Srinivasan is not very personable. I am a new patient not by choice. I had to switch cardiologists due to my employer letting me go while on medical leave. I now have Medicaid and this was where I was able to be seen. I spend more time in the lobby or with the nurse/technician than with him. Sarah the technician that performed my echo was phenomenal! Pat D found staff very cooperative in a busy waiting room with phones ringing non-stop. Having worked with the public my entire career, echo tech able to keep me relaxed..realizing position needed for 30 min painful to maintain. At the same time she remain focused on her task at hand!
Dr. S is amazing, great bedside manner. All of the staff were compassionate and respectful during my visit and during all of my tests.
Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! The doctors great however the waiting time to be seen is over an hour? That you have some stuff that get loud with you because you asking questions? This is not customer service. People here with heart complications and don’t need to get treated nasty or rude. The owner or the head doctor need to be reevaluated his front office team to ensure customer service is in place, appointments scheduling should make since and don’t have folks waiting over a hour and a half.
