The receptionist was so rude. She was on the phone and it was so obvious that it was not relating to work at all. I found that the specialist was not so approachable either.
Their website says they bulk bill everything. They don’t. It’s $275 for the first appointment. I said this isn’t what your website says. Oh yes we haven’t updated our website for 2023 yet. Um. It’s August 2023… I’m going to shop around for a bulk biller. I’m 64, unemployed due to chronic illness and can’t afford to pay that for tests etc. Doesn’t anyone bulk bill? I finally got to meet doctor after my husband had a few sessions with him, dr charbel is thorough , attentive and most importantly very thorough and listens to concerns . I can’t say thank you enough. I also want to acknowledge Laila at reception , I’ve only ever dealt with her over the phone but this young lady is the epitome of helpful and compassionate and goes above and beyond to make sure she helps out . Amazing practice and brilliant service, thank you !!!
