Heather is an intelligent, beautiful soul. When I first met her I immediately felt safe and seen. She taught me many important things about myself and my relationships during a time when I needed guidance. I have learned so much about myself and my relationships from our sessions. Knowledge is power and Heather helped me to see what was going on so clearly. Now I can be my very BEST self. If you're feeling like you need guidance or are feeling stuck in life, go see her!
The subconscious belief work I have done with Heather has truly been life changing! She has helped me release mental blocks, some of which I have been carrying around my whole life. She is very sweet, a great listener, highly intuitive, and non-judgmental. The thought shifts Heather has helped me change have made me feel lighter, calmer, happier, and more emotionally regulated than I ever have been before. Working with Heather has been one of the best things I have ever done and I cannot recommend her enough.
