This company should be rated a 0!!! They were terrible to my Mom! She ordered Sympathy flowers and what the recipient got was 100% different than what she ordered, which was crazy expensive! Customer service was terrible and offered no refund or to send the proper arrangement! They offered her 10%! What an insult! Don't ever use Blossom! Horrible!
Great option if you want your flower delivery rescheduled at the last minute and arrive a day late. Avoid at all costs!!! Giving 1 star because negative stars are not permitted by Google.
Overcharged me by almost $28. I contacted them and they said they couldn’t refund me but to contact billing, but didn’t provide billing contact. Ordered this morning for delivery today, received email tonight will be delivered the next available day. Not sure when that is.
if I could rate a zero, I would . I placed an order with this company last week for my daughter’s birthday they were not delivered on the specific day. In fact, they weren’t till later the next day. because of this, I was promised an ectra special bouquet to be delivered. what I got versus what I paid for were two totally different things! I ordered flowers for my grandmother’s 80th birthday. I got an AI generated message mid day saying they couldn’t deliver the flowers anymore because they didn’t have the flowers for the arrangement I selected ($100 birthday bouquet). I tried to call (which is nearly impossible to speak to someone) to say that any arrangement would do and was told they “don’t like” to deliver flowers after 2 pm because they aren’t fresh.
