I miss my guys at Heart's Auto Repair. You guys have helped me large. I remember on one occasion last year just before the start of Memorial Day weekend my car needed a starter. It was late in the afternoon and it was raining hard. You guys got a starter delivered and installed in my vehicle. I was so grateful to you all that late and cold evening. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Within 24 hours they had diagnosed about a million problems with my car and fixed the most important ones to make the car safe again. They have a comprehensive diagnostics showing exactly what I will need done in the future. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful explaining things to me. I will definitely be back in the future.
Mike was very understanding and knowledgeable when answering my questions and was very polite
They replaced my radiator. A week later it's leaking again. Was told by manager Matt they were too busy and that I have to wait a whole weekend with no car. No offer for a loaner and no reimbursement for having to pay for a rental car. Sufficed to say l am disappointed in how they handled the situation and the lack of empathy they have for a paying customer that is going to have to pay more for a mistake they made.
