Impossible to reach. I filled out the forms on their website and called multiple times without any return contact. I ended up going with a different counselor, which worked out great, but I really would have loved to have had this option.
Great folks doing great work.
My family used their services since opening in Greensburg, approx 3 years. Since then there is a lot of change in staff, counselors drop patients without notice. The children’s counselor is impossible to reach and responds to texts a month later. Inconsistent.
I went to Heart and Soul Counseling to ask a couple of questions and see if this was an avenue to help my daughter. I am leaving this review on the same day of this incident. There is a local festival taking place in town (CowDays) and booths and vendors are set up everywhere. I make my way into the office but there is no one working the front desk.
