I am leaving 2 stars for now due to my current experience. It took me 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages to even get an initial intake appointment for my daughter. I paid to sit with the clinical director and answer a lot of questions and things I would like the counselor to focus on once I was able to get an appointment for her. I enjoyed the conversation, felt welcomed, felt understood, and felt like it was going to be a great fit for my daughter. Impossible to reach. I filled out the forms on their website and called multiple times without any return contact. I ended up going with a different counselor, which worked out great, but I really would have loved to have had this option.
Great folks doing great work.
My family used their services since opening in Greensburg, approx 3 years. Since then there is a lot of change in staff, counselors drop patients without notice. The children’s counselor is impossible to reach and responds to texts a month later. Inconsistent.
