A funky 60s vibe. Brought us right back to our hippie days.
What a great place to wrap up a long weekend in Ipswich. I had lost all hope in finding good customer service in Massachusetts. Spent three days eating, and visiting several establishments. Most of which had absolutely NO hospitality standards! Heart and Soul sets itself apart by a mile. The staff greet you, and seat you. The talk to you, like for real talk to you. Awesome food and drinks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great vibe!
Perfect compliment
Disrespected as a single diner. Sat others ahead and greeted multiple parties of two after I had said I put my name on the list w enthusiasm but told me to hang on. Even SAT them in front of me and then just said “I can throw you right here”. I left. Won’t be returning to an otherwise nice place. This was not a server or table size issue. All there 2 tops outside w same server. Rude.
